水杉总黄酮对肾性高血压大鼠左室肥厚的作用

摘    要:
目的:研究水杉总黄酮对肾性高血压大鼠左室肥厚的预防作用。方法:二肾一夹法建立大鼠肾性高血压心肌肥厚模型, 术后第4周, 不同剂量的水杉总黄酮 ig给药, 持续5周。结果:水杉总黄酮(400, 40 mg/ kg.d)能显著降低 HW/BW、LVW/BW、心肌纤维直径、左心室肌 Ca2+含量, 对大鼠收缩压无显著性影响。结论:水杉总黄酮对肾性高血压大鼠左室肥厚有预防作用, 机制可能与钙拮抗作用有关。

Abstract:
The effects of total flavone of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng (TFM) on left ventricular hypertrophy in rat were investigated. Left ventricular hypertrophy of rat was induced by renovascular hypertension, and then treated by ig TFM for five weeks. results showed that TFM (400, 40 mg/kg/d) markedly reduced HW/BW, LVW/BW, left ventricular Ca2+ content and myofibril diameter, but without effect on systolic blood pressure (SBP). In conclusion, TFM can prevent left ventricular hypertrophy in renovascular hypertensive rats The mechanism of action may be related to its calcium antagonistic properties
