赤峰市城市、农村和牧区居民高血压患病情况

目的掌握赤峰市城市、农村、牧区人群高血压患病情况。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,对该市15岁以上居民进行问卷调查和体格测量。结果高血压患病率为28.50%,标化率为19.09%。其中城市、农村、牧区人群患病率分别为23.15%,19.85%,42.74%,标化率分别为14.71%,12.43%,32.03%。各地区居民患病率均随着年龄增长有上升趋势。城市和牧区男性患病率高于女性（P〈0.05）,农村男女性间无差别（P〉0.05）。各地区不同文化程度人群患病率差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.000 1）。牧区高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率、控制率均明显低于城市和农村（P〈0.05）。结论赤峰市城市、农村和牧区居民高血压患病率均较高,需要全面开展城市以社区卫生服务、农村、牧区以新型合作医疗为基础的综合性防治工作。

Analysis on Hypertension of Town and Country Residents in Chifeng

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hypertension in Chifeng.Methods 6 015 subjects aged over 15 years old were selected with stratified randomized sampling.The history of hypertension and social-economic status were investigated by face-to-face interview and blood pressure,body height,body weight and waistline were measured at the same time.Results The prevalence of hypertension in Chifeng was 28.5%.The age-adjusted prevalence was 19.09%.Thereinto,the prevalence of hypertension in urban area,rural area,pasturing area were 23.15%,19.85%,32.03%,respectively.The Hypertension prevalence in male was increased with age.The prevalence in male was higher than in female among people who lived in urban and pasturing area（P〈0.05）,there is no difference between male and female in rural area（P〉0.05）.The prevalence were higher in illiterate person and semiliterate than people in other educational level（P〈0.001）.The rates of awareness,treatment,and under control among hypertension in pasturing area were lower than those in urban area and rural area（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The results indicated that the current prevalence of hypertension in Chifeng was a bit higher.The programs of comprehensive control and treatment measures should be enhanced and developed in Chifeng.
