2型糖尿病患者心理卫生质量的影响因素分析

目的探讨临床2型糖尿病患者心理卫生质量的影响因素,为提高该人群心理健康水平提供指导和建议。方法自拟糖尿病健康状况调查表对某医院内分泌科就诊的246例2型糖尿病患者进行调查,并采用SF-36量表中心理卫生质量维度部分进行健康评价。结果男性患者146人,女性患者100人;平均年龄52.2±11.4岁,病程8.0±3.4年。单因素筛查分析发现年龄、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、收缩压、并发症、受教育程度和社会关怀程度与临床2型糖尿病患者心理卫生质量有相关性;多元回归分析表明,影响心理卫生质量的主要因素为并发症、受教育程度和社会关怀程度。结论合并并发症、受教育程度低、社会关怀程度差的患者心理卫生质量偏低。

Influencing factors of mental health of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the influencing factors of mental health quality of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide the basis for patients＇ mental health. Methods 246 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from the endocrine section of one hospital were investigated on the state of mental health condition with the dimension of mental health quality in MOS - 36 item short form health survey （SF-36） scale. Results 146 males and 100 females were investigated, and the average age and disease duration of the participants were 52. 2 ± 11.4 and 8.0 ± 3.4 years, respectively. Age, blood HbA1 c level, contraction pressure, complications, education level and social support were related to the mental health quality of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by the single factor analysis. The multiple factor regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of mental health of the patients included education level, social support, and the number of the complications. Conclusion The mental health quality of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with lower education level, complications and lack of social support was low.
