摘    要:
目的了解北京市东城区高中生性相关知信行状况与相关因素,为开展性教育,引导青少年健康成长提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,应用自制性相关知信行状况问卷对444名高中学生进行匿名网络调查。结果男生的性知识得分为19.9±7.5分,女生为17.3±7.9分,男生得分高于女生(P0.05)。47.5%的男生和44.6%的女生谈过恋爱,26.6%的男生和15.7%的女生认为爱与性可以同时发生,7.3%的男生和3.7%的女生发生过性行为。结论教育者应采取有针对性的措施对高中生进行健康教育,并且应该正确的疏导,而不是简单的禁止。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of sexual behavior among the high school students in the urban city,and to provide evidence for prevention measures.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted for investigations related sex behavior and relative factors among 444 high school students from Beijing by using stratified and cluster sampling method.Results The scores of the boy's was 19.9±7.5,while the girl's was 17.3±7.9.The scores of the boy's of knowledge about sex was higher than the girl's(P0.05).47.5% boys and 44.6% girls had been fell in love with others.26.6% boys and 15.7% girls thought that love could concured with sex.7.3% boys and 3.7% girls had once had sex with others.Conclusion The educational administration would carry out a special health education to the senior high school students with a proper method and lead to a correct destination.
