浙江省武义县农村老年高血压人群生命质量研究

目的探索浙江省武义县农村老年高血压人群的生命质量。方法2007年10～12月,统一培训的调查员使用含中文版SF-36量表的问卷对浙江省农村2441名60岁及以上的老年人进行面对面询问式调查,采用t检验、χ2检验及多元线性回归分析等统计方法比较高血压及对照人群SF-36量表各维度评分。结果共收回有效问卷2073份,其中报告高血压522例,患病率为25.2%。高血压人群SF-36量表的所有8个维度得分及躯体综合评分和心理综合评分均显著低于对照人群(P0.05)。控制人口学因素后,除心理健康维度外,各维度评分均为高血压组显著低于对照组(P0.01)。结论浙江省武义县老年高血压人群生命质量显著低于对照人群,尤其是在躯体功能上。年龄、性别及年收入等人口学基本特征与农村老年人群的生命质量有关。

Quality of life among the elderly rural hypertensive population in Wuyi County of Zhejiang Province

Objective To explore the quality of life among the elderly rural hypertensive population in Wuyi County of Zhejiang Province. Methods Questionnaire including SF-36 Chinese version was used in a cross-sectional study from October to December 2007, and 2441 elderly people aged 60 years and over from rural areas of Wuyi County were conducted a face-to-face survey. T-test, Х^2 test and multiple linear regression model were used to compare the scale scores of SF- 36. Results There were 522 hypertensive patients reported in 2073 eligible questionnaire, and the prevalence rate was 25.2%. The scores of 8 dimensions of the SF - 36 in elderly hypertensive population were higher than those in the control population （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After adjusting the demographic factors, the results were similar except the MH scale score （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion In the elderly rural population of Wuyi County of Zhejiang Province, the quality of life was significantly lower than that in the control population, especially in physical scales. The demographic factors such as age, gender, and yearly income were associated with the quality of life in this elderly rural population.
