内蒙古地区城乡居民健康素养知识调查

目的了解内蒙古地区城乡居民健康素养相关知识的知晓情况。方法使用中国健康教育中心项目办统一开发设计的"中国公民健康素养调查问卷",由经过统一培训合格的调查员入户询问调查。结果健康相关知识、理念的正答率城乡居民间存在统计学差异(P0.05),部分知识点差异明显,如健康的生活方式包括平衡膳食、控制体重这两项,城市的正答率分别为86.42%、48.30%,农村的正答率分别为62.19%、29.64%;个别知识点,如妇女怀孕后至少要进行5次孕期检查,城市与农村的知晓率均较低,城市为27.07%,农村为23.08%。结论城乡居民健康素养相关知识知晓率不平衡,农村普遍低于城市,个别知识点城乡知晓率都很低,应加强相关知识的健康教育,尤其应加强农村居民的健康教育,缩小城乡的健康素养差距。

Investigation on health literacy among rural and urban residents in Inner Mongolia

Objective To understand health literacy among rural and urban residents in Inner Mongolia.Methods The questionnaire which was developed by Chinese Centre For Health Education was used and trained investigators implemented the door-to-door survey.Results The awareness rates of health knowledge among rural and urban residents in Inner Mongolia were statistically different（P0.05）.86.42% of urban residents and 62.19% of rural residents answered correctly about balanced diet,and 48.30% of urban residents and 20.64% of rural residents knew weight control.With regard to some knowledge points,both rural and urban residents showed low awareness rate.For instance,five physical examinations during pregnancy were understood by 27.07% of urban residents and 23.08% of rural residents.Conclusion There was statistical difference in health literacy related konwledge among rural and urban residents.Relevant health education should be enhanced,especially for rural residents,in order to abridge the gap.
