| 摘 要： | 针对综合医院竞争力的现状及发展，提出医院竞争力是由显在竞争力和潜在竞争力两部分构成，其实质是以优质、高效、低耗的综合服务能力，为人民健康服务，具有稳定地超过竞争对手，吸引更多的医疗消费者，占领更大的医疗服务市场能力。并建立了医院竞争力评价的指标体系。 |

| Abstract: | By studying the present condition and development of competitiveness of general hospitals. The article defines such competitiveness into two parts: visible and potential of which the essence is to serve for the people' s health by actual strength of fine quality, high efficiency and low cost. To surpass its competitors in order to attract consumer and occupy medical service market. The evaluation index selected conforms to the modern hospital finance and accounting system. And the evaluation model established resembles its systematic and operative features. |
