糖化血红蛋白及糖化血清蛋白诊断妊娠糖尿病的意义

目的探讨糖化血红蛋白（Hb Alc）与糖化血清蛋白（GSP）检测诊断妊娠糖尿病的临床意义。方法选择2010年5月—2014年1月48例确诊为妊娠糖尿病（GDM）的孕妇作为观察组,并选择同期50名正常孕妇作为对照组,比较两组血清Hb Alc和GSP水平、Hb Alc和GSP异常人数。结果与对照组比较,观察组血清Hb Alc和GSP水平均明显增高（P〈0.05）;观察组Hb Al和GSP异常人数所占比例（85.42%、87.50%）明显高于对照组（52.00%、48.00%）（P〈0.05）。结论检测妊娠糖尿病患者血清Hb Alc和GSP水平对妊娠糖尿病的诊断有着重要的临床意义。

Significance of glycated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein in diag-nosis of gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effects of glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb Alc） and glycosylated serum protein（GSP） detection and clinical significance of the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 48 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）in pregnant women were selected as the observation group, and 50 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as control group.Comparedserum Hb Alc and GSP levels, Hb Alc and GSP abnormal number of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the serum Hb Alc and GSP levels of the observation group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Hb Alc and GSP anomalies in the proportion of the observation group was 85.42% and 87.50%, it was increased obviously compared with the control group（52.00%,48.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The detection of gestational diabetes mellitus patients serum Hb Alc and GSP level has a very important clinical significance for the di-agnosis of gestational diabetes.
