药学服务与全程化药学服务

药学服务指的是临床药师通过合理药物治疗来提高公众生活质量的服务;全程化药学服务指的是无论在任何场所,药物治疗、保健或公众预后恢复等围绕医疗卫生保健的整个过程中,以提高公众生活质量为目标而为其提供的与药物相关的服务,其实施依赖于集体合作。该文针对药学服务的产生与发展、特征以及当前影响其实施的因素展开综述,旨在提高临床药师的培养水平,促进药学服务的发展。

Pharmacy services and integrated pharmaceutical services

Pharmacy services refers clinical pharmacists to improve the quality of life of public service through rational drug therapy; integrated pharmaceutical care refers at any place, drug treatment, health care or public health prognosis of recovery around the whole process of health care , and its drug-related services provided to improve the quality of public life as the goal, its implementation depends on the collective cooperation. In this paper, the emergence and development of pharmaceutical care, and the factors that affect the characteristics of the commencement of a review of its implementation, aimed at improving the level of training of clinical pharmacists to promote the development of pharmacy services.
