舒适护理在普外科围手术期的应用探讨

目的探讨舒适护理在普外科患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法将142例普外科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各71例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,对比分析两组患者术后疼痛、心理状态及满意度情况。结果观察组患者术后12 h,24 h及48 h疼痛程度评分均明显低于对照组（2.81±0.21）vs（3.43±0.23）,（2.61±0.12）vs（3.22±0.20）,（2.50±0.14）vs（3.24±0.25）,护理满意度评分明显低于对照组（89.72±5.63）vs.（98.28±5.91）,术后人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、强迫症状、敌对、躯体化评分均明显优于对照组（2.64±0.35）vs（1.10±0.27）,（1.22±0.32）vs（0.69±0.11）,（1.03±0.30）vs（1.64±0.46）,（0.29±0.08）vs（1.18±0.41）,（1.37±0.45）vs（1.90±0.46）,（1.10±0.37）vs（1.33±0.52）,（1.02±0.22）vs（1.17±0.37）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论围手术期舒适护理可明显缓解患者术后疼痛,改善心理状态,提高护理服务满意度,护理效果优于常规护理,值得临床推广应用。

Application of comfort care in perioperative period of general surgery

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of comfort care in general surgery. Methods 142 patients underwent general surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 71 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine care, while observation group received comfort care, the postoperative pain, mental status and satisfaction with the situation were compared between the two group. Results The pain scores postoperative 12 h, 24 h and 48 h of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（2.81 ±0.21）vs（3.43 ±0.23）,（2.61 ±0.12） vs（3.22 ±0.20）,（2.50 ±0.14）vs（3.24±0.25）; The care satisfaction scores were significantly lower than the control group（89.72±5.63） vs（98.28±5.91）; The postoperative relationships, anxiety, depression, fear, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, hostility, somatization score were significantly better than the control group（2.64±0.35）vs（1.10±0.27）,（1.22±0.32） vs（0.69±0.11）,（1.03±0.30） vs（1.64±0.46）,（0.29±0.08）vs（1.18±0.41）,（1.37±0.45） vs（1.90±0.46）,（1.10±0.37）vs（1.33±0.52）,（1.02±0.22） vs（1.17±0.37）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusions Perioperative comfort care can significantly relieve postoperative pain, improve mental state, care and service satisfaction, which is better than conventional care, and worthy of clinical application.
