| 摘 要： | 目的观察硫辛酸与甲钴胺联合应用治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的疗效。方法将56例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者随机分为两组,治疗组联用硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗,对照组单用甲钴胺治疗。结果治疗组有效率85.7%,对照组有效率60.7%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。膀胱残余尿量治疗前后比较,两组患者均有明显改善（P〈0.01）,而治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论硫辛酸与甲钴胺联用治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱优于单用甲钴胺治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin on diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods 56 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were divided into two groups at random,the treatment group was treated with lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin and the control group was treated with mecobalamin.Results The effective power of the treatment group was 85.7%and the control group was 60.7%,they had statistical diference（P0.05）.Compared with prior treatment,the bladder residue urine of two group were both decreased significantly（P0.01）and the treated group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin in treating diabetic neurogenic bladder has a better clinical therapeutic effect than mecobalamin only. |
