| 摘 要： | 为观察内镜鼻胆管引流(ENBD)对急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(AOSC)的疗效。21例中,重症胆管炎4例,行急症ENBD 2例,逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)后ENBD 9例,经ERCP和内镜乳头括约肌切开(EST)后ENBD 10例。置管成功率100％;术后胆汁流量>400ml/d,引流有效率95％,复发率5％。ENBD是治疗AOSC的一种简便有效的方法,能迅速改善临床症状,为内镜或外科治疗创造了条件。 |

| Abstract: | Endoscopic nasobitiary drainage (ENBD) was used to non-surgically depress and drain bile in 21 patients with a-cute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (AOSC). Simple ENBD was performed in two cases of severe acute cholangi-tis, ENBD after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) was performed in nine cases, and ENBD was performed in ten cases after ERCP and endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST). The success rate of the intubation was 100% with a total drainage rate of more than 400ml per day. The effective rate was 95% , with a recidivative rate of 5% . ENBD is a simple and effective procedure with which to treat AOSC. Clinical symptoms were found to improve remarkably after emergent nasobiliary catheterization. ENBD can also be used to prepare the patient for further endoscopic or surgical treatment. |
