视神经再生和功能重建的实验研究进展

摘    要:近年来,对于阻碍视神经修复再生的机制有了深入的认识,并就促进其再生的可能途径从外周神经缝接的视神经再生、再生微环境的调控,再生轴突的突触重建和视网膜神经节细胞的再生能力等多方面进行了实验研究。此外,基于视神经的人工视觉重建研究也取得了初步的成功。

Abstract:Recently, a deep insight has been acquired in elucidating the mechanism of preventing from regeneration in the optic nerve. And a variety of attempts have been made to promote the neuroregeration in several areas, such as peripheral nerve reconnected optic nerve regeration, regulation of permissive microenvironment for regeration, regenerated axon guidance and regenerative ability of retinal ganglion cells. In addition, the research on artificial vision restoration via optic nerve stimulation has undergone a rapid development.
