卒中后抑郁研究进展

抑郁是卒中后的一种常见并发症。卒中后抑郁会阻碍患者日常生活能力和神经功能缺损恢复,造成卒中病程迁延,是影响卒中后患者生活质量原因之一。目前认为,它是各种神经生物学和社会心理因素综合作用的结果。其发病符合生物-心理-社会医学模式。本文主要综述了卒中后抑郁的定义、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗。

Research Progress in Post-stroke Depression

Depression is a common complication after a stroke. Post-stroke depression Can impede the recovery, of activity of daliy living and neurologic impairment,which will result in prolonged course of disease and maybe one of the causes affecting the quality of life. Nowadays the pest-stroke depression is considered to be the result of interactions of various neurobiological, social and psychological factors. Its onset fits the bio-psycho-social model. This article reviews the definition pathogenesis clinical manifestations, diagnosis .and the treatments of post-stroke depression.
