护理大专生应对方式和心理健康对其评判性思维的影响

摘    要:
目的 探讨护理大专生评判性思维与心理健康、应对方式的关系.方法 采用评判性思维量表、SCL-90症状自评量表和简易应对方式量表,对632名护理大专生进行调查.结果 护理大专生评判性思维总分为(284.44士35.5)分,其中<280分有299名(47.31%),280~349分有330名(52.22%),≥350分仅有3名(0.47%);除躯体化和敌对2个因子外,护理大专生SCL-90各因子得分均高于国内成人常模(P<0.01).评判性思维总分与积极应对方式呈正相关(P<0.01),与消极应对方式呈负相关(P<0.01);评判性思维总分与SCL-90总均分呈负相关(P<0.01).回归分析显示,阳性症状、应对方式和焦虑是评判性思维良好的预测因子.结论 护理大专生的应对方式和心理健康对其评判性思维具有良好的预测效果,积极的应对方式和良好的心理状况有利于提高评判性思维水平.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the impact of coping styles and mental health on critical thinking among junior college nursing students.Method Totally 632 junior college nursing students were investigated with Chinese Critical Thinking Dispo sition Inventory(CTDI-CV),Symptom-Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results The total score of junior college nursing students was 284.44±35.5.47.31 percent of the respondents didn’t show a positive disposition towards critical thinking and only 0.47 percent showed strong critical thinking.The factor scores of SCL-90 among junior college nursing students were significantly higher than the national norm(P<0.01) except the factors of somatization and hostility. The total score of critical thinking was positively correlated with active coping style and negatively correlated with passive coping style as well as the total score of SCL-90.Regression analysis showed that positive symptoms,coping style and anxiety were the predictors of critical thinking.Conclusion The junior college nursing students’ coping styles and mental health are predictors of their critical thinking.Active coping style and good mental health can promote the students’ critical thinking.
