| 摘 要： | 目的观察刺络放血疗法治疗瘀血性疼痛的效果。方法随机将100例瘀血性疼痛患者分为两组,刺络放血组50例,药物对照组50例,进行疗效对比观察。结果与结论刺络放血组与药物组的总有效率分别为100%和88%,两组总有效率比较P<0.01,刺络放血组优于药物组;第1天内治愈人数两组比较P<0.01,刺络放血组优于药物组。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of blood-letting puncture for treating blood-stasis headache.Methods One hundred patients with blood-stasis headache were randomly allocated to two groups,a blood-letting puncture group of 50 cases and a drug control group of 59 cases for a comparison of the curative effects.Results and Conclusion The total efficacy rate was 100% in the bloodletting puncture group and 88% in the drug control group.There was a significant difference in total efficacy rate between the two groups in three days(P<(0.01));the effect was better in the blood-letting puncture group than in the drug control group.There was a significant difference in the number of cured patients between the two groups in one day(P<(0.01));the number was smaller in the blood-letting puncture group than in the drug control group. |
