| Abstract: | Summary Report the case with complete clinical and ECG data in an elderly patient with acute nitrite poisoning. To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical features and the treatment of cardiac ischemia induced by acute nitrite poisoning. The sporadic cases of nitrite poisoning in elderly patients may be misdiagnosed as coronary heart dis- ease. Methylene blue is the first choice to treat the myocardial injury caused by nitrite poisoning. |
