不同产地金樱子根、茎、果中多糖含量的比较研究

目的 通过测定4个不同产地的金樱子根、茎、果中多糖含量,初步探讨金樱子的根和茎是否能在一定程度上代替果实入药,为进一步解决金樱子药材资源匮乏问题提供科学依据。方法 采用紫外分光光度法对不同产地的金樱子中根、茎、果多糖含量进行测定。结果 4个产地金樱子根、茎的多糖含量都比果实的多糖含量低,且差异具有统计学意义。结论 金樱子根和茎不能代替果实入药。
