郑州地区乙肝感染趋势变化研究

目的:探讨乙肝病毒(HBV)感染趋势及变化规律.方法:采用ELISA方法检测"乙肝两对半"及HBcAb-IgM.结果:在郑州地区门诊乙肝随诊人群中,男性明显多于女性;HBV感染人数和复发人数呈逐年上升的趋势,男性重于女性:HRsAg阳性感染人数和复发人数也呈逐年上升趋势,同样,男性多于女性;乙肝患者感染情况呈现感染模式多样化.由2003年的16种增加到2006年的30种.结论:郑州地区乙肝感染情况严重并且重于全国平均水平,需要加强郑州地区的乙肝防治工作.

The infection tendency study of hepatitis B virus in Zhengzhou

Objective:To investigate the infection tendency of hepatitis B virus(HBV) and its change rule.Methods:Enzyme linked immumosorbent assay(ELISA) was used for the detection of HBV in the items of HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb and HBcAb-IgM.Results:The quantity of male was more than that of the female among the random people to see the doctor from 2003 to 2006.The quantity of HBV and HBV recurrence patients were high and went up year by year.Positive HBsAg infection and recurrence patients were also going up year by year,and the male patients were more than the female patients.The result also showed that the infection mode of HBV was diversified,and the mode was increased from 16 kinds to 30 kinds from 2003 to 2006.Conclusion:The situation of HBV infection was serious in Zhengzhou region,and the effective countermeasure for prophylaxis and treatment of hepatitis B was needed.
