| 摘 要： | 本文报道我院近20年来收治的48例四肢主要血管损伤处理体会,42例按不同的损伤程度分别采用端—端吻合,大隐静脉及人造血管移植等方法重建血循,成功率97.6%,6例截肢,1例死亡.作者强调早期诊断和及时处理,就诊断和治疗中的经验和教训作了总结. |

| Abstract: | 48 patients suffering from injuries of major blood vessels of limbs were reported. Among them,the blood vessel continuity was restored in 42 cases by end -to-end vascular anastomosis with grafting autogenous vein or artificial vessel in the light of various extent of injury. There were six cases with amputation and one case with fatality. The experience and lesson from the diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. It is suggested that emphasis must be placed on the importance of early diagnosis and prompt surgical therapy. |
