米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

目的:观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:将符合保守治疗条件的异位妊娠患者40例随机分为两组。A组(治疗组)20例,米非司酮100 mg,空腹口服,2次∕d,共3 d,同时予以甲氨蝶呤50 mg/m2,肌内注射1次。B组(观察组)单纯用甲氨蝶呤50 mg/m2,肌内注射1次。结果:米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤用于异位妊娠的保守治疗中治愈率、β-HCG下降水平及住院时间两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠治愈率高,疗效好,住院时间短。

The Observation of the Curative Effect of Methotrexate Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To observe the curative effect of methotrexate combined with mifeprlstone in the treatment of ectopic pregnan- cy. Method 40 patients of ectopic pregnaney whose conditions conformed to conservative treatment were divided into two groups random- ly. Group A which was named the treatment group eontained 20 eases. They were treated with 100mg of mifepristone ,taking two times a day on an empty stomach orally for three days. They were also treated with 50 mg/m2 of methotrexate at the same time~ Patients in the other group B were only treated with 50 gm/m2 of methotrexate for one time. Results After the comparative trial ,the blood level of β - HCG was dropped and the hospitalized day was shortened in the treatment group. The difference was signifieant between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Metbotrexate eombined with mifepristone is effective in the treatment of ectopie pregnancy, with a high cure rate, good curative efficacy and short hospitalized days.
