康复训练时间选择对治疗脑卒中吞咽困难的影响

目的探讨脑卒中后吞咽困难康复训练的最佳时间。方法将96例患者随机分为3组,除常规治疗外,分别在发病后1、3、5 d给予康复训练,并评价疗效。结果治疗4周后,3 d组较其他组吞咽评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,3 d组疗效最好,有效率为90.63%。结论脑卒中后吞咽困难第3天开始进行康复训练较为合理。

Effect of opportunity on rehabilitation training of dysphagia on stroke

Objective To study the effect of opportunity on the treatment of dysphagia on stroke.Methods Ninety-six patients with dysphagia on stroke were randomly divided into three groups.Through analysjs of the therapeutic effect,rehabilitation training in different time(the first day,the third day,the fifth day)and ascertainment the optimization time.Results The third-day group was significantly higher than other groups about the swallowing score after four weeks.There were significant differences in the therapeutic effect among the three groups(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 90.63% in the third-day group,which was the highest.Conclusion It is the opportunity on rehabilitation training of dysphagia on stroke in the third day.
