| 摘 要： | 用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法分别测定５２例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者和２０例正常对照组血浆Ｄ－二聚体含量，结果前者显著高于后者（Ｐ〈０．０５），在肿瘤组中以胃癌最高，依次为食管癌，原发性肝癌和大肠癌，胃癌与大肠癌相比有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），余各组间无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。１９例肿瘤患者术后Ｄ－二聚体明显低于治疗前（Ｐ〈０．０１），提示动态测定Ｄ－二聚体水平变化对肿瘤患者的病情判断和疗效观察具有重 |

| Abstract: | The levels of plasma D dimer were measured by sandwich ELISA in 52 patients with gastrointestinal carsinomas and 20 healthy subjects The results showed that the plasma D dimer levels in the carcinoma patients were higher than those of the healthy controls ( P <0 05) Among the carcinoma patients gastric carcinoma was the highest There were significant differences in the plasma D dimer levels between the gastric carcinoma patients and the colorectal carcinoma patients ( P <0 05) The plasma D dimer levels of 19 postoperative gastrointestinal carcinoma patients were significantly lower than the levels obtained before operation ( P <0 01) These results suggest that dynamic assay of plasma D dimer level is important for the assessment of the clinical condition and the response to medical intervention in gastrointestinal carcinoma |
