芦荟凝胶浆增强小鼠免疫功能的研究

[目的]研究芦荟凝胶浆对小鼠免疫功能的影响。[方法]雌性ICR小鼠192只,体重18~23 g,按体重随机分成对照组和5.7、11.4、34.2 ml/kg体重3个剂量组,小鼠经口灌胃给予芦荟凝胶浆30 d后,分别测定免疫功能的7项指标。[结果]芦荟凝胶浆高剂量组小鼠的足跖肿胀度(0.41 mm)与对照组(0.25 mm)相比明显增高,低、中、高3个剂量组的抗体生成细胞数[(75.4、77.4、76.4)×103/全脾]明显高于对照组(54.8×103/全脾),中、高剂量组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率(36.5%、41.8%)和吞噬指数(0.66、0.67)明显高于对照组(23.8%、0.35),中、高剂量组NK细胞活性(45.2%、44.3%)明显高于对照组(25.3%),中剂量组胸腺/体重比值(0.31)明显高于对照组(0.24)。[结论]芦荟凝胶浆能增强小鼠的细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能和NK细胞活性。

Experimental Study on the Effects of Aioe''''s Juice on Immune Functions in Mice

[Objective]To study the effects of aloe's juice on immune functions in mice.[Methods]aloe's juice was administered to 4 groups of female ICR mice by gavage in doses of 0,5.7,11.4,34.2 mlkg BW for 30 days.7 indexes of immune system including the cellular immunity,the humoral immunity,macrophagocyte phagocytosis function and the activity of NK cell were examined.[Results]Tumefaction degree of mouse foot vola in 34.2 mlkg BW group increased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).The number of antibody-producing cell in 5.7,11.4,34.2 mlkg BW groups were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ability of macrophagocyte phagocytosis in abdominal cavity and the activity of NK cell in 11.4,34.2 mlkg BW groups were all raised significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05).The ratio of thymusweight in 11.4 mlkg BW group was higher than that of control group P<0.05).[Conclusion]Aloe's juice could strengthen cellular immune functions,humoral immune functions,macrophagocyte phagocytosis function and the activity of NK cell of mice.
