| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缬沙坦治疗合并高血压的慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法对2008年3月～2011年2月在我院康复病房住院的慢性肾小球肾炎患者105例使用缬沙坦治疗前后相关情况进行分析。结果使用缬沙坦治疗后患者的收缩压、舒张压较治疗前差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；使用缬沙坦治疗后患者的24h尿蛋白较治疗前差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论缬沙坦对于合并有高血压的慢性肾小球肾炎患者具有降压和降低尿蛋白的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of Valsartan on hypertensive type chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods One hundred and five patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated with Valsartan in rehabilitation wards of our hospital from March 2008 to February 2011 were analyzed. Results After treatment with Valsartan, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 24h urinary protein of patients had significant differences than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Valsartan can decrease blood pressure and urinary protein in hypertensive type chronic glomeruloncphritis. |
