杭州市某大学职工健康、亚健康状况相关因素分析

目的评价杭州市某大学职工的健康及亚健康状况，为慢性病防治及预防亚健康状况提供依据。方法对杭州市某大学557名职工进行体检并同时进行问卷调查。按性别、年龄进行疾病统计，并探讨其规律。通过单因素Logistic回归分析可能影响职工亚健康状态的危险因素。结果不同年龄、不同性别患各种慢性病的人数比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。557名职工中有324名职工处于亚健康状态，亚健康比率为58．2％。与亚健康相关的危险因素有经常加班、缺乏运动、工作压力大、饮酒、吸烟、经济条件紧张、家庭矛盾、居住条件不满意、人际交往能力差、交通情况不满意。结论高校职工的慢性病发病率随年龄增大而逐渐增加，男性发病率高于女性。职工的亚健康比例也较高。因此，高校职工应注意养成良好的生活习惯和心理素质，高校应给职工们提供相对宽松的工作环境，使员工舒缓压力、劳逸结合。

Analysis of Employees' Health and Sub-health Status Related Factors of A University in Hangzhou
