非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死的临床特征分析

目的分析总结非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死的临床特征，以便提高临床工作者对其认识。方法选取2009年4月～2010年4月来我院就诊的急性心肌梗死患者126例，其中NSTEMI组（非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死）66例、STEMI组（ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死）60例，对两组临床特征进行比较分析。结果两组患者的年龄、性别、高血压、高血脂及吸烟史差异无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。NSTEMI组糖尿病、反复心绞痛病史率高于STEMI组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。NSTEMI组CK、TNI峰值均低于STEMI组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。NSTEMI组多支病变率高于STEMI组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论NSTEMI组的肌酸肌酶（CK）、肌钙蛋白I（TNI）峰值均低于STEMI组，冠状动脉病变程度则高于STEMI组。

Non ST Segment Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction Clinical Analysis

Objective To summary non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction in clinical characteristics, in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of its workers. Methods Acute myocardial infarction were elected One hundred and twenty-six cases, including NSTEMI group （ non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction ） 66 cases, STEMI group （ ST- segment elevation acute myocardial infarction）, 60 cases, clinical features of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences was found （ P 〉 0.05 ） in age, sex, hypertension, high cholesterol and smoking history. NSTEMI group of diabetes, high rate of recurrent angina in the STEMI group, by comparison were （P 〈 0.05 ）. NSTEMI group CK, TNI of STEMI group were lower than the peak, by comparison were （P 〈 0.05 ）. NSTEMI group of three, multi-vessel disease was higher than the STEMI group, by comparison with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion NSTEMI of creatine kinase （ CK ）, troponin I （ TNI ） peak is lower than STEMI, coronary artery disease is higher than STEMI.
