| 摘 要： | 目的观察厄贝沙坦与苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗糖尿病高血压的疗效。方法随机将100例糖尿病高血压患者分为A、B两组，每组50例。A组口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平（施慧达）2．5～5．0mg治疗，每日1次。B组口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2．5～5．0mg，厄贝沙坦（安博维）150—300mg联合治疗，均为每日1次。疗程8周，对比分析两组的疗效。结果两组治疗后均能显著降低血压及尿蛋白排泄量，但联合治疗组降低尿蛋白排泄的幅度比单用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平明显较大（P〈0．05）.结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病高血压疗效更佳。

Levoamlodipine Besylate Combined with Irbesartan for Diabetes and Hypertension: A Clinical Analysis of 100 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of irbesartan combined with levoamlodipine besylate on diabetes and hypertension. Methods One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups： group A received levoamlodipine besylate 2.5-5.0mg once a day, group B received levoamlodipine besylate 2.5-5.0mg and irbesartan 150-300mg once a day. The treatment time was 8 weeks. Results After 8 weeks, hypertension in the two groups was significantly decreased, but NAER in group B was decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effects of irbesartan combined with levoamlodipine besylate on diabetes and hypertension is better. |
