腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠临床疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法研究对象为2009年5月～2010年5月来我院就诊的110例输卵管妊娠患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，分别给予腹腔镜手术、开腹手术治疗，比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗组术中出血量、平均手术时间、抗维生素使用、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间及术后发病率均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠具有术中出血少、手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快及灵活性高等特点，值得临床推广应用。

Laparoscopic Operation for the Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy

Objective To discuss and analysis of laparoscopic operation for the treatment of tubal pregnancy clinical efficacy. Methods All 110 cases of tubal pregnancy patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of two groups were given laparoscopic operation and open operation treatment, were compared between the two groups after treatment of clinical efficacy.Results The treatment group of intraoperative blood loss, mean operation time, vitamin use, postoperative anal exhaust time, duration of hospitalization and postoperative morbidity were better than the control group, the comparison were significantly different, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for the treatment of tubal pregnancy with less bleeding, short operation time, less trauma, quicker recovery and high flexibility, worthy of application popularized.
