不同肾功能患者急诊PCI后血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白的变化

目的:观察不同肾功能的急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征患者在行急诊冠脉介入治疗(PCI)前后血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(S-NGAL)的变化趋势。方法:序贯法入选急诊PCI的急性冠脉综合征患者57例,分为慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)组(14例)和非CKD组(43例),ELISA法测定术前、术后4、8、12hS-NGAL。结果:CKD组PCI前后S-NGAL总体变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);非CKD组术后较术前下降,且术后8h开始与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组PCI术后各时间点S-NGAL水平均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:S-NGAL在PCI前后随时间改变而呈下降趋势,而非CKD更为明显。

Serum levels of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin in patients with different renal function after emergency PCI

Objective:To observe serum levels of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in different renal function before and after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:Fifty-seven cases were included sequentially and divided into CKD group(14 cases) and non CKD group(43 cases).Serum NGAL(S-NGAL) was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in pre-PCI and 4,8,12 hours after PCI.Result:There was no significant difference between pre-PCI and post-PCI in CKD group(P>0.05).However,the level of S-NGAL after PCI declined when compared with pre-PCI in non CKD group(P<0.01),and the level of S-NGAL declined from 8 h after PCI(P<0.05).There were significant differences in post-PCI between the two groups.Conclusion:The downregulation of S-NGAL depends on the time after PCI,and more obviously in non CKD group.
