摘    要:目的 观察参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及对甲状腺激素的影响.方法 选择52例CHF患者,在常规治疗基础上联用参麦注射液静脉滴注.观察其疗效并检测血清促甲状腺素(TSH)、甲状腺激素(T3、T4、rT3).另选50例CHF作为对照组.结果 观察组显效25例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率92%;对照组显效21例,有效16例,无效13例,总有效率74%.两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组T3、T4上升明显高于对照组,rT3降低明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 参麦注射液能有效改善CHF患者心功能,纠正因CHF引起的甲状腺激素异常.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on congestive heart failure(CHF) and the effect on thyroid hormone as well as medicine security. Methods 52 patieits with CHF were enrolled,Shenmai injection was used with regular western medicine in the treatment. And observed its effect and test serum thyroid hormone: TSH,T3 ,T4 ,rT3. Another 50 CHF patients were enrolled as a control. Results The results of observation were that 25 cases were very effective,23 were effective,4 had no effect and the total effective rate was 92%. The results of control group were that 21 were very effective, 16 were effective, 13 had no effect and the total effective rate was 74%. The differences between the two groups were significant (P > 0.05). By comparing two thyroid hormone T3, T4, rT3, the observation T3 and T4 was obviously higher than the control. rT3 was lower than the control. Conclusion Shenmai injection could efficiently improve the heart function of CHF,cure arrhythmin and correct the illness caused by thyroid hormone.
