1047例石膏样毛癣菌病分析报告

本文报告了1047例石膏样毛癣菌病。男479例,女568例;年龄最小1个月,最大70岁;以秋季最常见。起病较急,皮损炎症较明显,以面癣的发病率最高。作者发现石膏样毛癣菌病为发内外型。用石蜡切片,乳酸酚棉蓝染色法检查该菌效果好,值得推荐。发病季节和患者的分布提示人癣与畜癣密切相关。因此,防治畜癣对人类有重要意义。本文还总结了治疗经验。

Analysis of 1047 Cases of Rrichophytosis Mentagrophytes

This article reports 1047 patients with trichophytosis mentagrophytes. 479 cases were male and 568 cases female. The youngest among them was one month old and the eldest seventy years old. It occurs more frequently in autumn. The onset of the disease was usually severe and the inflammatory reaction of the skin lesions was marked. The incidence of tacial tinea was highest.We found that T. mentagrophytes was endoectothrix type and the method which paraffin-embedded slicer was stained with lactophenol cotton blue was good for examining the organism. It is recommended by the author. The pathogenetic season and distribution of the patients suggest that human ringworm is closely related to domestic animals. So it is important that the animals affected are prevented and cured. The experience of treatment was also summarized in this paper.
