冠心病合并脑梗塞患者外周动脉硬化与冠状动脉硬化的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:观察冠心病合并脑梗塞患者颈动脉(CA)、股动脉(FA)、股浅动脉(SFA)、胭动脉(PA)内-中膜厚度(IMT)与冠状动脉硬化的相关性。方法:选经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠状动脉疾病(CAD)的患者36例,选冠状动脉照造证实无冠状动脉狭窄的患者20例为对照组,采用二维超声检测颈、股、股浅月、国动脉IMT。动脉粥样硬化斑块积分采用Sutton法,并与冠状动脉病变程度进行对比分析。结果:冠心病合并脑梗塞患者IMT,斑块积分显著高于对照组(P〈0.001)。斑块指数与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关。结论:冠心病合并脑梗塞患者颈、股、股浅、月国动脉粥样硬化与冠状动脉粥样硬化的病变相平行。
