新型显微血管吻合套管吻合离体狗股动脉的实验研究

摘    要:
目的研究新型显微外科血管吻合套管吻合微小血管的有效性与可行性。方法应用自行研制的显微外科血管吻合套管吻合离体狗股动脉,吻合血管时,血管经套管表面纵行缺口置入套管内腔,将血管断端管壁翻转套在套管末端外,然后再将另一血管端套在已翻转的血管壁上,沿套管表面的针槽进行均匀缝合。吻合后的血管可再经套管表面纵行缺口取出。结果实验组平均吻合时间为13.45 min,对照组为25.40 min,经统计学分析,P <0.01,具有显著性统计学意义。实验组渗漏率为0,通畅率为100%;对照组渗漏率为15%,通畅率为90%。结论应用新型显微外科血管吻合套管进行离体狗股动脉吻合术,显著提高了吻合成功率和吻合速度,提高了通畅率,降低了渗漏率。可完全避免前后壁贯穿缝合,吻合效果稳固,套管可取出,消除了残留体内的副作用。
