前殒腺素E_1对心功能不全患者收缩间期的影响

<正> 30年代初Euler和Goldblatt各自报道了人或羊的精囊提取液注射于动物时,有很强的降压作用,其后Euler将其定名为前列腺素(PG)。目前认为用PG治疗最可能取得成功的两种心血管疾病是急性心肌局部缺血和高血压。有人试用于临床,取得了满意的效果。另有些研究者提出,一些能导致过量水潴留的情况,如充血性心力衰竭,可能是因PG生成不足引起的。因而给予前列腺素,可能奏效。我们以心缩间期为指标,应用血管扩张剂PGE_1治疗心功能不全的患者,观察到左心功能得到明显改善。

Effects of Prostaglandin E1 on Systolic Time Intervals in Patients with Cardiac Insufficiency

With systolic time intervals (STI) as indices, we observed the effects of pro-staglandin E1 (PGE1) on left ventricular function in 68 patients with heart failure, of whom, 23 patients suffered from coronary heart disease, 17 rheumatic heart disease, 5 hypertensive heart disease, 8 congestive heart disease and 15 children Keshan disease. The age of the patients ranged from 25 to 84 years. Cardiac function of the patients was of 2 - 4 grades. The patients were given intravenous infusion of 0.05μg/kg/min of PGE1 in 250 ml of 10% glucose. After PGE1 administration,systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased by 18.4mmHg(14.4%)and 7.6 mmHg( 9 %) respectively and PEP decreased by 13.2 ms, but LVET increased by 15.3 ms and PEP/LVET decreased by 0.09, suggesting that the left ventricular performance was improved remarkably. And our study indicates that results were better in severe cases (PEP/LVET more than 0.60) than in mild or moderate cases.
