左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠治疗泌尿系感染患者疗效分析

目的:分析左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠治疗泌尿系感染的疗效。方法:180例泌尿系感染的患者,将其分成两组,其中A组采用左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠治疗,B组单纯采用左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、细菌清除率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:A组的痊愈率、总有效率和总细菌清除率高于B组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;、两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠治疗泌尿系感染疗效较单一用药好,细菌清除率高,不良反应少,可以在临床推广。

Efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium in the treatment of urinary tract infection

Objective: To analyze efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium in the treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods: A total of 180 cases with urinary tract infection were selected and divided into two groups,group A were treated by levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium,Group B were treated with levofloxacin.The efficacy,bacterial clearance and incidence of side effect were observed and compared.Results: Cure rate,total effective rate and bacterial clearance in Group A was significantly higher than those of group B(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in incidence of side effect(P>0.05).Conclusions: Levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium has more satisfactory effect than single administration in the treatment of urinary tract infections with advantages of higher bacterial clearance rate and fewer adverse reactions.
