| 眼底血管荧光造影的护理及心理干预 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨眼底血管荧光造影患者进行护理及心理干预对检查效果的影响。方法:对290例眼底血管荧光造影患者在造影前、造影中、造影后采取相应的护理指导及心理干预,比较患者干预前、后恐惧、紧张、焦虑、烦躁不安等等心理不适症状的发生情况。结果:护理及心理干预后患者恐惧、紧张、焦虑、烦躁不安等心理不适症状的发生率明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者能取得很好的配合并获得满意的检查效果。结论:相应的护理指导及心理干预在眼底血管荧光造影中具有积极的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of nursing and psychological intervention on patients undergoing fundus fluorescein angiography detection.Methods:A total of 290 cases of patients undergoing fundus fluorescein angiography detection were given psychological intervention before/during/after the procedure,psychological status including fear,tension,anxiety,irritability were detected and compared before and after the detection.Results: After psychological intervention,scores in fear,tension,anxiety,irritability were significantly lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Psychological intervention has a positive effect on patients undergoing fundus fluorescein angiography detection. |
