| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定金鸡胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法:采用色谱柱C1 8(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长250nm,检测脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果:脱水穿心莲内酯在8～40μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y(峰面积)=131 312 X(对照品溶液取样量)-24 910,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均加样回收率为98.67%(n=6)。结论:高效液相色谱法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于金鸡胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the content of dehydroandrographolide in Jinji capsule by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods: Chromatographic column C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was applied and a methanol-water(50∶50) was used as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min while the detection wavelength was 250 nm.Result: Linear relationship between the concentration of 8-40 μg/mL was well and the regression equation was Y=131 312X-24 910(r=0.999 9,n=5).The average percent recovery equaled to 98.67%(n=6).Conclusions: The method is not only simple and accurate but also reproducible.And it can be used to determine the content of dehydroandrographolide in Jinji capsule. |
