开胸术后胸膜外镇痛的效果观察

目的:探讨开胸术后患者胸膜外镇痛的临床效果。方法:对2006年1月～2011年10月收治的开胸手术患者120例随机分为两组,术后采用胸膜外镇痛60例为观察组;术后采用硬膜外留管接泵镇痛60例为对照组。对比术后应用2种镇痛方法的患者切口疼痛程度、不良反应发生情况。结果:两组术后6h、12h、24h、48h镇痛效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:开胸术后应用胸膜外镇痛,临床效果好且不良反应少,使用方便,应在临床广泛推广应用。

Efficacy of extra-pleural analgesia after thoracotomy

Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of extra-pleural analgesia for patients after thoracotomy.Methods:A total of 120 patients underwent thoracotomy in our department from January 2006 to October 2011 were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(n=60) were treated with extra-pleural analgesia after the surgery while the epidural analgesia pump was adopted for the control group(n=60).The incision pain degree and the occurrence of adverse effects in two groups were compared.Results:No obvious difference in analgesia efficacy between groups at time intervals of 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h(P>0.05) was observed.There was obvious difference with statistical significance(P<0.01) in the occurrence of adverse effects between two groups.Conclusions:Extra-pleural analgesia should be applied into the pain control for patients underwent thoracotomy.It has good clinical effects,few adverse effects,and easy operability.Thus,it shall be widely applied.
