针灸治疗小儿脑瘫疗效的临床分析

目的:探讨我科针灸协定处方治疗小儿脑瘫(CP)的临床效果。方法:选取2008年1月～2011年12月间收治的CP患者90例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用我科针灸协定处方针刺治疗联合运动疗法治疗六个疗程,对照组仅采用运动疗法治疗,治疗时间均为3个月。对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)评分均较治疗前有所提高,但治疗组提高更明显,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:我科针灸协定处方结合运动疗法治疗CP的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Efficiency of self-made acupuncture therapy on cerebral palsy in children

Objective: To observe efficiency of self-made acupuncture therapy on cerebral palsy(CP) in children.Methods:A total of 90 children with CP were divided into control group and treatment group with 45 cases in each group.The treatment group was given self-made acupuncture therapy combined with kinesitherapy therapy,while the control group was only treated with kinesitherapy therapy.After 3 months of treatment,compare the clinical efficiency with GMFM scale.Results:Both group showed improvement in GMFM scores after treatment,while the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The self-made acupuncture therapy is effective on cerebral palsy(CP) in children and it’s worthy of application in large scale.
