COX-2和MMP-2在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在结肠癌组织中的表达并讨论其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测100例结肠癌组织和40例癌旁结肠正常组织中COX2、MMP-2的表达情况。结果:在结肠正常组织和结肠癌中,COX-2蛋白的阳性表达分别为7.5%(3/40)和83.0%(83/100),而MMP-2蛋白阳性表达分别为5.0%(2/40)和94.0%(94/100),COX-2和MMP-2在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达均明显高于结肠正常组织(P<0.01)。在结肠癌组织中,COX-2和MMP-2阳性表达临床中晚期高于早期,有淋巴结转移者高于无转移者(P<0.05)。COX-2和MMP-2两者阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.365,P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌中COX-2和MMP-2阳性表达明显升高,且与临床分期和淋巴结转移相关。检测COX-2和MMP-2表达有助于判断结肠癌的潜在转移和预后分析。

Expressions of COX-2 and MMP-2 in colon cancer tissues and its significance

Objective: To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in invasive breast carcinoma,and explore their correlation.Methods: The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 were tested by SP immunohistochemistry in 100 cases of colon cancer and 40 cases of normal colon tissues.Results:The positive expression of COX-2 protein in normal colon tissue and colon cancer were 7.5%(3/40) and 83.0%(83/100),in MMP-2 they were 5.0%(2/40) and 94.0%(94/100) respectively,and expression positive rates of COX-2 and MMP-2 in colon cancer tissue were significantly higher than normal colonic tissue(P<0.01).The positive expression COX-2 and MMP-2 in the colon cancer,clinical middle-late stage was higher than the early,and lymph node metastasis was higher than those without the transfer(P<0.05).Positive correlation could be found between the expression of COX-2 and that of MMP-2 as well(r=0.365,P< 0.05).Conclusions:COX-2 and MMP-2 protein are highly expressed in colon cancer and are all related with clinical stages and 1ymph node metastasis.These proteins are indicators of metastasis and predictors for prognosis of colon cancer.
