摘    要:目的建立利咽口服液中甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(66∶33∶1.3),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果本法精密度高,稳定性好,甘草酸浓度在10.9172~174.6752μg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率99.1%,RSD为1.14%。结论本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Liyan Oral Liquid.METHODS Using a HPLC method with Lichrospher Cls column (4.6 x 250mm, 5μm), themobile phase was a methanol - 0.2mol. L- 1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (66 : 33: 1.3), the detection wavelength at 250nm, flow rate was 1.0mL. min-l, and column temperature was 3012. RESULTS The precision and stability were fine, The standard curve of glycyrrhizic acid was rectilinear within the range of 10. 9172 - 174. 6752μg. mL- 1, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery of glycyrrhizic acid was 99.1% with RSD of 1.14 %. CONCLUSION The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid.
