医学专业大学生完美主义与父母养育方式及心理健康状况的相关性

目的探讨医学专业大学生完美主义与父母养育方式及心理健康状况的相关性。方法对337名医学专业大学生采用中文Frost多维完美主义量表、父母教养方式评价量表、症状自评量表进行测评分析。结果医学专业大学生中文Frost多维完美主义量表总分与父母教养方式评价量表母亲拒绝否认因子评分呈显著正相关（P〈0．01），行动疑虑因子评分与父亲过度保护、母亲过分干涉保护因子评分呈显著正相关（P〈0．05或0．01），父母期望因子评分与症状自评量表恐怖、精神病性因子评分呈显著正相关（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论父母教养方式对医学专业大学生的完美主义心理有一定的影响，完美主义心理的某些维度不利于个体心理健康。

A correlation study on college students' perfectionism of medical speciality, parental rearing patterns and mental health

Objective To investigate the relationship between college students＇ perfectionism medical of speciality and parental rearing styles or mental health condition. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale （CFMPS）, Egma Minnen av Bardndosnaupp- forstran （EMBU）,Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）in 337 undergraduates of medical speciality. Results The total score of the CFMPS was significantly positively related to mother rejection or renounce factor score of the EMBU （P〈0.01）, score of doubts about actions to father overprotection and mother over in- terference and overprotection （P〈0.05 or 0.0.1）, and parental expectations to phobia and psychotic of the SCL-90 （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Parental rearing styles have a certain influence on perfection- ism mind of college students of medical speciality, some dimensions of perfectionism mind aren＇t beneficial to individual mental health.
