硫酸多黏菌素E水溶液的表面张力和泡沫性能的研究

摘    要:探讨泡沫分离技术有效应用于生物分离过程,指出被分离的生物表面活性物质在体系中的性能研究的重要性。本文以硫酸多黏菌素E水溶液为体系,研究硫酸多黏菌素E浓度、杂蛋白、无机离子、pH值和温度对硫酸多黏菌素E溶液表面张力和泡沫性能的影响,为硫酸多黏菌素E实现泡沫分离提供依据。

Abstract:To investigate the easible application of biomolecule purification by the foam separation process.Polymyxin E sulfate solution was subjected as an example being applied to this process development.The influence determinants such as the concentration of polymyxin E sulfate,heterogeneous proteins which contained in the fermentation broth,inorganic ions,pH value and temperature,all were closely related to surface tension and foaming properties were studied.Experimental evidences were proposed for the successful application of foam separation process in the fields of antibiotics and biopharmaceuticals.
