不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病患者与同型半胱氨酸的相关性分析

目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病患者与同型半胱氨酸的关系及二者的相关性。方法选择确诊的不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病组80例，不稳定型心绞痛组76例，对照组42例，检测血清同型半胱氨酸水平进行比较分析。结果不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病组血清同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于不稳定型心绞痛组及对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈O．01），不稳定型心绞痛组血清同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论不稳定型心绞痛及2型糖尿病患者体内同型半胱氨酸水平异常，二者合并更为显著，测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平有助于了解病情，指导治疗及判断预后。

Correlational study on homocysteine level in patients with unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabets

Objective To study the relationship of homocysteine level with unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabets. Methods Patients were divided into unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabets group. Unstable angina pectoris group and control group. Serum homocysteine level were measured by enzymatic method, carry on statistics analysis. Results The serum homocysteine level of unstable angina Pectoris and type2 diabets group are higher than unstable angina pectoris group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The serum homocysteine level of unstable angina pectoris group are higher than control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The serm homocysteine level is high in unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabets group. So we could act as an indication of cardiac function in the casesof unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabets group.
