模拟定位机导向经皮肺穿刺周围型肺部病灶针吸活检术的临床应用

目的 :探讨模拟定位机导向经皮肺穿刺针吸活检术对周围型肺部病灶的诊断意义。方法 :1998 10～ 2 0 0 1 5期间随机选择 45例经纤维支气管镜和痰细胞学检查未能明确病理的周围型肺部病灶的病例 ,经CT扫描片的测量 ,在模拟定位机导向下 45次使用国产秦氏针进行针吸活检与细胞学检查。结果 :鳞癌 2 3例 ,腺癌 11例 ,小细胞癌 4例 ,未定型 2例 ,抗酸杆菌 4例 ,炎性细胞 1例 ,经手术 (2 0例 )与 1年以上随访 (2 5例 )证实。肺部病灶的确诊率为 88 9%。结论 :模拟定位机导向经皮肺穿刺周围型肺部病灶针吸活检是一简便而又可靠的诊断方法 ,对周围型肺部病灶的诊断具有重要价值。

Simulator guided percutaneous needle aspiration biopsy of lung tumor

Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic significance of Simulator guided percutaneous needle aspiraion biospy of primary lung tumor.Methods:45 cases of clinical suspected primary lung tumor were examined. After supine or prone positioning, Simulator was performed with a 5 mm thickness and a 5 mm interval. Under local anesthesia, using intermittent CT monitoring and samples were studied cytologically.Results:Node status was evaluated pathologically at operative resection (20) or follow up (25) afterward. The overall sensitivity was 88.9%.Conclusion:Simulator guided percutaneous needle aspiration biopsy of lung tumor is a useful, less expensive and effective technique for diagnosis and staging of primary lung tumor.
