| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清白介素-6、8在早期诊断异位妊娠中的作用。方法应用放射免疫法测定异位妊娠患者血清中的白介素-6、8的水平,并与早孕及未孕妇女进行比较,评价其检测的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果异位妊娠组与早孕对照组IL-6、IL-8数据比较均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。异位妊娠组和早孕对照组血清IL-6、IL-8水平分别与正常未孕妇女组比较有非常显著差异（P〈0.001）。将IL-6和IL-8的阈值定为80pg/ml和130pg/ml,则敏感性分别为58.82%、70.59%,阴性预测值分别是55.32%和65.90%。结论异位妊娠患者血清白细胞介素-6、8水平比正常非孕妇女和正常宫内早孕妇女高,血清白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-8的测定能够作为诊断早期妊娠、异位妊娠的依据之一。
