| 摘 要： | 侧支循环在缺血性脑血管病中对维持脑灌注起到重要的作用，且侧支循环的系统评估有助于脑血管病治疗方案的个性化选择、临床预后的评估和卒中危险分层。但侧支循环代偿形式复杂多样，病理生理机制等诸多方面仍不清楚，需要进一步的研究，我们从侧支循环的解剖结构、形成机制、影响因素和临床应用等多方面对其进行综述。 |
