| 摘 要： | 目的通过了解脑卒中患者居家照顾者负荷的现状（包括生理、心理、社会和经济方面的负荷），探讨主要照顾者负荷的影响因素（如病人的残障程度、照顾者的特征、社会支持系统等）。方法以问卷调查的方式，抽样2011年4月-6月期间，在我院神经内科门诊复诊的脑卒中患者的居家主要照顾者96例。结果脑卒中患者的日常生活能力需要协助者占55．2％，照顾者所承受的压力明显存在，社会支持系统不足。照顾者负荷的主要因素为患者病程、日常生活能力、照顾者年龄、性别和每日照顾时间等。结论脑卒中患者居家主要照顾者存在压力性负荷，在关注患者的同时也应关注照顾者，完善社区服务，提高社会支持系统的作用。
