| 摘 要： | 目的分析2008年-2009年临床分离251株铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及对抗菌药物的耐药状况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法纸片扩散法（Kirby-Baure）测定该菌对阿米卡星、亚胺培南等10多种广谱抗菌药物的耐药性。判断标准参照2007年版CLSI文件。所得数据用WHONET5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 2年共分离铜绿假单胞菌251株,以呼吸道标本分离株为主占63.7%,且临床分布于ICU、呼吸内科和肾脏内科等科室。2009年铜绿假单胞菌对多数抗菌药物耐药率略高于2008年。对阿米卡星耐药率最低（6.8%）,其次是亚胺培南（13.5%）、美罗培南（15.2%）、头孢他啶（15.5%）、头孢吡肟（19.6%）、氨曲南（23.0%）,其它抗菌药物的耐药率大于36.1%。结论铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染的重要病原菌,应加强耐药性监测,为指导临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。
